Last week, we asked you: “Supported by our investments in research and clinical care, by how much has the estimated median survival of CF patients in Canada increased since 2012?” The answer? 11 years!

In the last decade, new treatments have added an incredible eleven years to the lives of those living with cystic fibrosis. But we can’t stop here—thousands of Canadians with CF are still waiting for breakthroughs that could provide even more time to live W/O Limits. Your generosity will fuel the next wave of research, pushing us closer to a future where CF no longer limits lives.

We’re aiming higher

Just 14 years ago, the outlook for many people living with cystic fibrosis was so different. Thanks to the support and generosity of our incredible community and the groundbreaking research it funded, people with CF are now living a decade longer on average.

But we won’t stop there. Imagine what we could accomplish if we kept dreaming bigger. Last September, we raised $30,000 for vital research; this year, we aim to raise $40,000 by October 14. With your help, this money will fund world-changing research.
