Meet the Co-Facilitators:
Alison has been living with CF for over 4 decades. She currently lives in Regina, SK with her daughter and husband. She's been navigating life with CF as a mother, wife, friend, sister and daughter. Alison is committed to supporting others with CF and learning about each other's journeys.
Melissa was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at just 8 weeks old and has spent her life navigating the layered realities of living with a chronic, life-limiting illness. As someone who has outlived many of her peers in the CF community, Melissa carries a deep and personal understanding of grief, loss, and survivor’s guilt. These experiences have shaped her not only as a person, but as a guide and space-holder for others who are walking similar paths.
Spots are limited! Each session is capped at 8 participants. If the session you want is full, you’ll be added to a waitlist and contacted when new dates are added.
