Looking to connect with others who understand life impacted by cystic fibrosis? This session will focus on Young adults (18+) living with CF and is open to those living with CF.

5th Team Nicole | An Adventure Inspired by Love
A 240km journey from Muskoka to Aurora, hiking, cycling and swimming, in honor of Nicole, who lives with cystic fibrosis.

2026 Jamie Utman Memorial Tournament
The Jamie Utman Memorial Golf Tournament is back on the greens at Cedar Glen on Saturday, August 15th.

100 Holes of Hope
Golf Warriors will return to Ottawa’s premier Stonebridge Golf Club to raise awareness and funds for cystic fibrosis and support better mental health for those affected.

Peer Connect: Supporting young children with CF - August
This session is open to parents and guardians of people living with cystic fibrosis.

Ride for the Cure
Hit the road in the Ottawa Valley with the Simple Men MC as they support cystic fibrosis research and care.

Virtual Youth CF Group
Common Grounds Virtual Peer groups is a programming event for youth with cystic fibrosis to meet others who are live with CF. Youth will be able to participate in games and activities with others who are just like them!

Organize an event
If you want to host an event of your own, or already have one in the works that could be a fundraiser for the CF community, then you’re well on your way to becoming a Change Maker.
Change Makers are fundraisers who rally local support to raise funds, create awareness and generate a lot of goodwill by hosting any kind of fundraising event - from lemonade stands to birthday parties to golf tournaments and everything in between. It’s easy! And lots of fun.
