Meet the Facilitators:
Mikayla was diagnosed with CF as a baby, so navigating life with a chronic illness is all she’s ever known. She grew up with a sibling who shared a CF diagnosis, though their CF manifested quite differently. She currently resides in Toronto, Ontario with her partner and works as an Apparel Graphic Designer. She has always found art as a way to express herself and cope with illness. Mikayla is dedicated to listening and supporting those who need it, through fostering safe spaces for the CF community.
Teresa was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis when she was two and a half years old and has since navigated growing up while living with CF, and is now navigating early adulthood and planning for the future. She is 20 years old and from Weyburn SK, but currently lives in Regina where she attends the University of Regina. She is eager to hear others’ stories and provide support to those dealing with similar struggles and experiences as her.
Spots are limited! Each session is capped at 8 participants. If the session you want is full, you’ll be added to a waitlist and contacted if a spot for the session opens up.
