Rooted Connections (formerly Catholic Family Services Regina)

Rooted Connections, formerly Catholic Family Services Regina, provides support to individuals, families, youth, and newcomers to overcome challenges, build brighter futures, and thrive in their communities. Offerings include counselling services, a youth mentor program, and family support services. Most of the services are free, with some fee-based counselling.
