Making a legacy gift through RRSP-RRIFs
You can name Cystic Fibrosis Canada as the direct beneficiary of your registered retirement savings plans (RRSPs) and registered retirement income funds (RRIFs) and/or pension plan.
Your RRSP-RRIF gift
Making this type of gift to CF Canada, actually costs nothing. It doesn’t require assistance from lawyers or your financial advisors, although you should feel free to consult with experts before making any significant donation. The only thing you need is a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), or a Registered Retirement Income Fund (RRIF).
- Simply request a Multiple Beneficiary Designation Form for your Registered Retirement Savings Plan, your Registered Retirement Income Fund or life insurance policy from the administrator of your plan.
- Fill out the form and name CF Canada as one of the beneficiaries.
- Return the form to your plan administrator.
